Founded by a daughter/mother duo, Rebecca Gates & Marlene Wyatt comes a small business that tries to make life easier for those that love to bake and cook. The Dough Board was started over 30 years ago, by Marlene. She needed something to make her life simpler when baking pies or cookies and cooking chicken and dumplings for her boys. What started as a No Mess Dough Disc, grew into a life-changing invention for her and her family. She, two of her sisters, and a niece went on to sell them on QVC for many years.  
After much success, my mom decided to take a break and spend more time with family and her many grandchildren. She has three children: Shane, Shawn, and myself. I have four children of my own and my parents have a total of twelve grandchildren, between the three of us. Family has always been a huge part of our lives and family gatherings are a staple for us, as my mother is one of the twelve Wood children. Baking has always been a fundamental aspect of their lives and it has continued on in their kids. 
After a lot of discussion, my mother and I have decided to bring this kitchen essential back, and we hope to see it in homes everywhere. All of the products are made, packaged and shipped in the U.S.A.
